The Michiana Water Authority Commission currently has three (3) members (plus the Village Clerk) and is governed by Michiana Village Ordinance # 14-40, an ordinance to establish a water authority; providing for the organization thereof; prescribing the powers and duties of said authority as a public body; and prescribing for the enforcement thereof.
